Haiku is a poetic form and a type of poetry from the Japanese culture. Haiku combines form, content, and language in a meaningful, yet compact form. Does this sound like Haiku to you? Perhaps. perhaps not. But it's original poetry, nonetheless, odd and offbeat and definitely compact!

Ginger Marin is an actor, author whose work is highlighted at StoryTimeTheatre.com for original fiction and at BionicLady.com for news articles and editorials.
